Wow it's been awhile

Now on to life.

I have managed to hurt my back "pulled muscle" I suspect. This summer at work we have been Moving so many computers around that my back just can't handle any more so the doc has me on light duty no lifting over 15 pounds. THat is hard to do in my line of work but I am managing to follow orders. My son is coming to help me tomorrow and Friday I am so glad becuase I will be able to get much more done with him there to help me move the stuff I can't. He is such a sweetie. Any how I hope this note finds you and yours in good health.

What's Up Here

Boy has life been crazy with working 10hr days and taking care of hubby. Speaking of hubby he is now back at work and back to normal not 100% yet but is much better than before surgery. His leg is often swollen after a day of work but he is still coming along great.

Also update on my hubby. He is off the walker and on the cane. He is doing wonderfully. His knee is almost back to normal. Physical therapy is still a killer but I am so proud of him for chugging along. He is truely amazing. And if I do say so myself the most amazing man in the world. Hope all is well with you and yours. Have a wonderful weekend.

So I know I haven't posted much on this blog so I am going to try to do better. Life has been crazy tho..

Hey Yall

I have been MIA for a while. Hubby is doing much better now. Doc says his recovery is right on track so that is good. Haven't had much time to do much in my studio so that is why I have no posts. With my new Digital Die Cut biz and working 10 hr days and taking care of hubby I am wiped by the end of the day. So if you have an electronic die cutter go on over to my other blog and get this weeks freebie.

Update on Hubby

For those of you who know my hubby had a total knee replacement. He is doing wonderfully. His Range of Motion is getting better by the day. It has been just over a week since the surgery and he is at about 86 percent. Last Friday he was at 70% so he has already made a great gain. I am so proud of him for his determination and strength while getting through this.

I love you Sam. Thanks for being you!

Thirsty Thursday Freebie

For those of you who know my hubby had a total Knee Replacement on Monday. He got out of the Hospital today and is doing WONDERFUL. He is walking great with the walker and progressing wonderfully. I am so proud of him. Although there is pain he is managing really well and he is doing all that he should do to get it better.

Our Son was inducted into the National Honor Society

Here is a layout I made of the ceremony of our son being inducted into the National Honor Society. This was a very proud moment for us as parents. He works SO hard to get good grades and we are very proud of him. Since I do not have permission to post the pictures of the other family members I have blacked them out. If you guys see this and you don't mind your photo online then I will gladly upload the original. I just don't like putting other peoples pics online without permission. I would just like to thank my husband "who is his step Dad" and my sons Dad and Step Mom and his Gradnparents for helping make this a special memory for our son.
